Daniela Itoafa Business development requires tenacity and commitment. Well, it requires more than that, but we’ll stick to the basics for now.
Daniela brings to the table the skills of a true PROBLEM SOLVER, while displaying an ENFP personality. This means she’s an “enthusiastic, creative and sociable free spirit, who can always find a reason to smile. What she seeks most is the chance to explore new ideas and the chance to conduct that exploration alongside other people who share her excitement”.
It might explain that whilst her background and studies were in tech and IT, she has chosen to expand her skills into marketing. Alexandra Hajnal, or you can call her Alex, is that rare combo between a geek and a party girl. She’s Hypercentage’s funny Technical Account Manager, who’s known to have made tech details interesting even to poets. Surely you know someone who works in HR, right?
Well, Alexandra is basically what keeps headhunters glued to LinkedIn, in hope of a catch. But she’s not going anywhere.

Ioana Manaila She’s our Junior Media Buyer, but don’t let that “junior” in her title fool you. She can hustle with the best of them. She’s always motivated and active.
She’s also among that 0.8% of Earth’s population with the INTJ personality: the ARCHITECT. “Imaginative and strategic thinkers, with a plan for everything. All they need is to meet their goals with the highest standard of technical excellence and to be surrounded by, if anyone at all, people who share their values. Architects value innovation and effectiveness more than just about any other quality, and they will gladly cast aside hierarchy, protocol and even their own beliefs if they are presented with rational arguments about why things should change”.
